Returns policy
Our policy allows for you to return a product and receive a refund within 30 days of purchase. If more than the allowed time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or accept a return.
Possibility of London will not accept any returned goods unless the following has been followed.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
In the very unlikely event of rejection of the goods due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. The Customer must notify Possibility of London within 30 days of purchase and return the product before the refund or replacement can be issued.
On receipt of your item, we will inform you whether or not your refund request was successful, and, if successful, credit will be restored to your original method of payment within 14 days of the day the return is received at Possibility of London.
